Broadclose Farm Market Garden is based in Nomansland, Devon. We grow fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables for local homes and kitchens using regenerative methods. Everything is grown here and harvested to order.

The market garden is run by Zac and Sam, with a simple aim: to grow proper food for local people — fresh, seasonal, and full of flavour.

Our system combines a 1 acre intensive no-dig market garden with larger field-scale cropping, allowing us to supply a wide range of produce across the seasons.

We farm using an agroforestry system, with rows of fruit and nut trees running through the farm alongside our vegetable beds. This silvohorticulture approach builds healthier soil, supports biodiversity, and creates a more resilient system over time.

Our crops are grown without synthetic chemicals, with a focus on soil health, seasonality, and flavour. We grow what thrives at the right time of year, not what can be forced.

By shortening supply chains and reducing food miles, we deliver produce that’s fresher, more local, and more connected to the land it came from.

Grown here. Picked fresh. Grown, not flown.
